Optimized allocation $2.3 million budget and provided leadership to project team as Owner Representative to realize 35,000 SF expansion of mission-enabling distribution facilities, volunteer coordination & multifunction spaces for Lake Bluff nonprofit. Advised board of directors, optimized budget, negotiated contracts, oversaw construction, managed entitlements, design development, construction administration, landlord relations, scope, cost and schedule controls, oversight of payment applications.
