Lake Bluff Addition Remodel Residence

Mid-Century Single-Family Residence, Ranch-style on wooded ravine lot. Interior finishes needed updating and the owners wanted a more open layout and to add Prairie-Style details and finishes. The project involved a near complete gut renovation, including 4 areas of addition, and the vaulting of the ceilings in the main living room. The Central design feature when you entered was a magnificent stone pass through fireplace in the vaulted great room open to the kitchen with panoramic windows overlooking the ravines. Exterior bring was sourced to match existing, new roofing, new bathrooms and kitchen. The exterior space included the addition of an exterior fireplace and large bluestone patio.
