New construction, wood-framed single story 13,000 SF educational facility, including parking lot, playground facilities and retention pond. Represented franchise-owners of national private preschool through the bidding, entitlements and due diligence, contract negotiation, communication with and fulfillment of franchise construction division requirements. Oversaw construction administration and payment applications.
